How does the Digital Detox Cure® take place?
On the day of your arrival, we invite you place your digital tools (smartphones, smartwatch, tablets, laptops…) in the hotel safe deposit box. In your bedroom, the TV is replaced by a shelf stereo and relaxing music for some restful sleep. A clock radio is placed on your nightstand, along with books, newspapers, board games, a coloring anti-stress mandala, a pocket map to visit the city, at your disposal in your room. Your program starts with a medical and nutritional consultation. Your stay includes individual support with our psycho behavioural coach and relaxing and anti-stress treatments. Your meals are customized to restore balance and be in shape. Your physical activities, also adapted to your needs, wil be taking place indoors or outdoors in the big wooded park.
