Far away from stress, in a verdant privileged environment, the VICHY CÉLESTINS SPA HÔTEL possesses an integrated Health Clinic. A multidisciplinary team of medical and paramedical specialists guarantees a safe detox cure. The detox program is adjusted to the specific individual needs. 

The aim of this program (4 days minimum) is to eradicate toxins from your body in order to recover your energy and revitalize your skin tone. The training is supervised by a dietician, and starts with a liquid nutritional phase (smoothies, and fresh seasonal vegetable soups).

Your program combines draining, purifying, detoxifying and remineralising treatments.
Sports coaching (indoors or out in the parks), group fitness classes in thermal water pool and in fitness room enhance the eradication of toxins for an absolute sense of wellbeing.
Food-wise, diet conferences will provide you with all the necessary advices and recipes, while fighting off stereotypes.
